About us
IntelliSearch was founded by Brad Hopson in 1996. Prior to starting the search firm, Brad's early career began in the property casualty insurance industry as an Underwriter and Underwriting Manager. It was in 1987 when Brad moved into the motgage banking industry as a mortgage insurance Account Executive in Upstate New York, then moving to Dallas as the Regional Vice President of Sales. He then became Senior Vice President of Sales for a national mortage banking firm.
Brad brings direct, prior senior management experience in various channels of the mortgage banking industry to his client and candidate relationships. His consultative approach to working with his clients, combined with his technical knowledge of the business, has allowed him to develop a national network of long-term, high quality, mortgage banking customers and candidates. He has completed hundreds of search assignments in all major markets in the United States, utilizing an extensive national relationship network and proprietary database to identify top talent in the industry.
Brad is graduate of Siena College, enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his wife and family.
